Wilayat Jaalan Bani Bu Ali:
Wilayat Jaalan Bani Bu Ali is a state in the region of Al Sharqiyah in the Sultanate of Oman.


Overlooking the Arabian Sea from the east, including the inner side of the mountains of stone-east which relate to the north, as well to Al Wahiba sands each and prestige to the south, and the region of Al Dakhiliyah to the west.



The mandate of Jaalan Bani Bu Ali, it is excellence states in the Sultanate, By virtue of its strategic location and nature of the broad geographic area. This is because the geographical composition of diverse and disparate, it is a coastal state and at the same time is the mandate of the desert and also the nature of the agricultural.


There are many monuments between castles and forts and towers, as well as old mosques, and most important castles ( Al Hamouda Castle ), which dates back built to the beginning of the century atheist century AH.


In addition to the presence of some houses have been taken to the ancient castles and forts, and the most important forts in the state of Jaalan Bani Bu Ali in the Badi'ah area is ( Fort Al Badi'ah ) pre built about 250 years ago.


In addition to other forts, such as: Hased - Al Lawiyah - Jabiyah - Jabiyah Ayoun - Al Qutaitariah - Jabiyah Balidah. There are also 13 towers in different regions.


Jama Masjid is a unique model in its shape and geometry, consists of 52 domes, system in a very geometric splendor, where the roof covered by domes too, which let in light and air to the mosque, built and is due to the 11th century AH.


State Jaalan Bani bu Ali is characterized by valleys of dense underbrush, and most important: Wadi Sal - Wadi Al Rawidah - Wadi Abu Fashigha - Wadi Al Labida'a - Wadi Gref.


The state also is characterized by the proliferation of Falajs, which include: Abu Al Hees - Al Dhahir - Al Seih - Hamad - Ziad - Al Gaidar - Al Fulaij - Al Rahyan - Al Jadid - Gadyran - Zuid - Bahbouh.


There are also about 52 Springs, is being used to irrigate crops, and has a special system for the division of water, is more like a system of Falajs.
